Healing looks different for every person, which is why therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Laura believes that every individual, child, teen, adult, couple, and family brings a unique story, life experience, and set of challenges into the therapy room. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and confident in taking the next step toward healing and growth.
Laura uses a personalized and eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, trauma-informed therapy, and other therapeutic modalities based on each client's individual needs. Rather than forcing clients into a rigid treatment model, she adapts the process to fit the person, helping them gain practical tools while also addressing the deeper emotional experiences that may be contributing to anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or feelings of being stuck.
For those carrying the weight of childhood experiences, PTSD, anxiety, or emotional pain that has followed them for years, Laura believes healing begins with understanding, compassion, and connection. Together, therapy becomes a process of identifying patterns, processing emotions, building healthier coping strategies, and creating lasting change. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, Laura walks beside you through the journey with care, empathy, and encouragement every step of the way.

Meet Laura Lane
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, LCPC
I have worked with many clients who have experienced trauma as children, & teens and this emotional pain haunts them for years. Sometimes they know the reason for the emotional pain but often the reason is buried and all they have are the overwhelming feelings of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, fear, worthlessness, shame, and more. These feelings have them paralyzed, often unable to hold down a job or be in a relationship. I've worked with many of these clients to help them discover the cause of these feelings, to talk about the emotional pain, to help them heal. I offer Christian Counseling to those who are interested.
